It takes a while to mix it with water, but it tastes delicious , right after the sweaty workout , and has good recovery components
2 thumbs up. I bought it because it was good price and didnt expect the flavor to be as good as it is. I can definitely tell that its helping me recover after my workouts.
Works great, especially for the price. Only downside is it's often not available for shipping. As soon as I open one I start checking the app for it to become available and order another. I'm gonna post this exact same review on the pre/post workout powder because it's true of each. If anyone at Walmart is reading this, please keep these in stock.
This product is amazing! It dissolves easy in cold water or room temperature water. You can go hard in your work out and not feel sore the next day! The taste is comparable to red Gatorade. Its really a great post work our drink for the price. The only and ONLY two negative things are the tub is huge compared to the amount you get and I wish it came in different flavor. Everything else is perfect.
BCAA is a generic product. The unflavored BCAA powder is bitter and unpalatable. The Equate version, though sweet, eliminates the bitter taste. Best price I've found for a product with the proper BCAA ratio.
I was skeptical at first of recovery mixes, but what a difference. For Equate the taste is great, way cheaper than brand names, and most importantly it works amazingly well!
Tastes great ,disolves great, uses with isopure zero protein powder and mix with core hydro water. works great as a post op. Uses for both during and after workout.
Bought this to help with my DOMS. It mixes well and doesnt taste gritty. I will say it does have a slight after taste but not so bad i cant finish it. I didnt experience the soreness i usually do after a workout either.
Not bad. tastes exactly like gatorade. A scoop of it makes the liquid too sugary. may be use half or three quarters of the scoop.
I tried mixing a scoop in an 8oz glass of cold water but never could get the small beads of amino acids (I presume/hope) to dissolve. I'll finish the container I bought but will buy another brand when it's gone.
