Most sunscreens are super oily and leave me greasy, but this sunscreen goes on matte! I work outside and I'm constantly in the sun and this sunscreen does the job. I use it on my face only because it doesn't cause breakouts and I'm a super acne prone individual. It doesn't have a strong fragrance and I can use it under my makeup. AND it doesn't have all the chemicals other sunscreens have

My boy has VERY senative skin, we tried about 15 different sunscreens and were ready to start trying the expensive brands when i decided to give this one a go, just for giggles really. I purchased a 2 pack online and when they arrived, they had sent me 5!! Well, I really did end up giggling, because this super affordable sunscreen actually worked really well for my son! I was so surprised! It is thick but i work it with my hands before putting it on him and that loosens it up to sread more easily. Gives a nice full coverage and doesn't have a super strong scent. I also like that the tubes are small so i can keep them every where and even travel with them!

I've been trying almost 10 mineral sunscreens from different brands including both drugstore and more expensive ones, and this one is an amazing find. No white cast, no greasy feeling though it does have this weird smell. Normally, mineral sunscreen does not have that light weight feeling of many other chemical ones, but this sunscreen does not leave

I've gone through about four or five different physical sunblocks to find the one that works for me. I wanted something that was good for my face, because that's what I mainly care about. I had pretty much given up but saw this at Walmart one day for $2. I was like why not try it. Glad I did, because this stuff is pretty cool. I am no chemist, but according to incidecoder, it is oil free and fragrance free. It definitely has a smell though. Smells STRONGLY of flowers, but according to IC, the flower extracts are used as anti-oxidants. So I was mostly satisfied with the ingredients. Moving on, I wanted something that had little to no white cast. All the other physical sunscreens that met the mark had either homosalate or octinoxate, which I didn't really want as those are not good for you. Imagine my surprise when I slathered this on and the white cast disappeared almost instantly! The smell wasn't bad, it was thick, but did the job without any white cast. It's important to note: I am Asian and have a natural tan, so trust me when I say the white cast problem with other sunblocks was not a problem with this one. As to acne causing, I don't think it causes acne for me. Now on to the bad. I docked a star because this stuff is hard to wash off. I always do the scratch test after showering or washing my face to check for residue. And this stuff is NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to wash off. If you put it on and then go to wash your hands, your hands will not lather for the first 6 or 7 washes. If you use cleanser at the end of the day, you will still have it on. Micellar water will also not cut it, it is T-H-I-C-K. The only way I've found that effectively gets it off is cleansing oil. Personally, I use the palmer's cleansing oil for face and it works well. No residue under my nails when I scratch my skin. If you can get past this small issue, this sunblock is for you just as it was for me.

Really hard to spread on the skin. Very unpleasant feel afterward. It feels as if it separated.

Got a bad batch of it

I put these under the bathroom sink and just got one out this week to start using it. Nothing but clear liquid came out at first, so I shook it a bit and finally got very thick lotion out. Sunscreen should not separate like that. I've used this kind before and loved it but this batch is just bad, and I can't return it to the store because they aren't taking returns while the whole COVID-19 crisis is going on.

Didn't work and is gloppy

Really thick, white and gloppy. Used it on my face, under other sunscreen makeup, and chest with a v-neck shirt. Chest burned, face didn't. Guess I should have just put the makeup on my chest instead of this stuff. Also feels gross and is hard to wash off.

Makes baby a sand magnet. Never again.

I'm surprised by the good reviews. This product... - does not go on or come off easily - baby cries when doing either because... - is way too thick and does not rub in unless you rub for a long time - leaves the skin white - makes the baby a sand magnet. THEN try to get the sand off. Good luck.
