One side is fine. The other side very fine. I've had long natural nails my whole life. I do my own nails. Now that I'm older, I'm not keeping them as long anymore. I'm also harder on my nails so they become uneven. I love this file as it's just the right grit for filling down, making the nails even. I hope Walmart keeps stocking them. As every other Emory board is too tough. The pink is cute.

This is my first time trying this product. I love the color and for the price they are worth it. I will be purchasing some more in the near future.
A very good file especially for the price. I use so many files as nails chip easily and these are an excellent value. I also give them to my granddaughters so they always have some to put in backpacks and purse.
Works fine but could be a more rough on one side to remove more nail for shaping. Price os excellent though.
They can only file for apprx. 7 uses . They really run out of grit fast. Better product info would have been nice. I know they were very inexpensive but now I have to look for that style of file. Now I have to look for that same style of file again and it is difficult finding a grit not so heavy duty as the ones for artificial nails. Can you provide a longer lasting sponge style file with a softer grit ? Thanks for your help.
Missing 2 items. Didn't notice at first because I don't want substitutions. But then double checked and was charged for lunch meat and 1/2 dozen eggs.
These were a substitute item - not something I intentionally purchased. I tried them and instantly regretted accepting the substitution as they don't have any filing use to them, might work on paper thin infant nails.
The delivery guy dumped the groceries without bags on the floor of my garage. The emery boards were not delivered. Reordered the next week and they arrived. They are good. Thank you
