I've noticed a lot of comments about how it flakes and peels. The same thing happened to me as well BUT, i also came to the conclusion that you don't need a lot. For one, this works best on top of MOISTURIZED skin. (I only use this on my face). You ONLY need literally a little on your finger tips, rub it in
I tried this for the first time and it worked better then everyone's else's sunscreen. Mine was not greasy at all but maybe because I bought the 3oz tube not the 5 oz bottle. I love this stuff. We were under the sun swimming for several hours. I applied it before and 1 hour into swimming. I never got burned but my daughter-n-law burned with her 55 spf sunscreen.
Not to be confused with the NON light. The one that looks almost exactly like it does flake off, but never this one. Please bring it back.
STINGS THE EYES BADLY. I'm adding my review to let WMrt know this is a terrible formula. Only good for the body and legs. Never face or even arms, which you might wipe your brow with the back of the arm and your eyes and the skin around them will burn terribly from chemicals, felt like bug spray was in my face. It goes on clear but goopey and not light, maybe it protects bit o didn't wear it that long. I paid very little as it was a marked down sale item. now I know why
Product was very sticky and not sheer at all. Also it stung my eyes extremely bad! I don't recommend this at all!
I've tried to apply it lightly or heavily and neither way helps.v I've tried to rub it in quickly or take my time. It peels and flakes off no matter what.
The cream is separated from the oil. Even when you shake the bottle, some oil comes out first and the the cream. When you out on your body it gets sandy.
Each time I put this lotion on it works like an exfolliant. I rub on the lotion and my skin starts rubbing off. 20 minutes later and I'm still trying to rub off all the unsightly flakes of skin. Also, it feels greasy to the touch. Waste of my money.
I just picked this up today and it is awful. As soon as it dried it balled up and flaked off. I had to try to brush it off and then start over with something else. Yuck. It's going straight to the trash can. Don't buy this.
I dont understand why this sunscreen leaves a white cast...its all chemical, no mineral. I also agree that it stings the eyes. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
