This has the same active ingredients as the brand. But with that said the inactive ingredients may not deliver the active part as effective for some Childrens but it works for my daughter which has ran into problems with the generic brand of other products
I like this for my child I give it to her everyday and I believe it works. I have not had any issues and she loves the taste. Also I got this because the doctor told me that it gets into her system faster than the other brand. The Walmart brand is the same as the name brand just cheaper.
My child has severe allergies, per his allergist, he takes this medication every night. I can definitely see a difference on the days he doesn't get it the night before. It keeps his allergy symptoms away (running nose, red blotchy face). He's 3 and has been taking it since he was two. I've never had trouble giving it to him. He always takes it just fine. I also love that it's dye free.
my great grandson has trouble with seasons changing he keeps runny nose if we dont give him daily medicine the equate from Walmart does a wonderful job and even better ( from my point of view doesn't break my piggy bank. so quality and savings. unbeatable.i get added bonus of being a plus member so i get free delivery and because i am on medicaid i get almost half off subscription which i would have spent double in time and gas to get to store find medicine and bring it home.it was sunday morning at 6 when i discovered they had not packed him his meds by 10 i had my own supply. walmart is the greatest
My son has seasonal allergies and his main symptom is a consistent, dry cough, especially at night. I give this medicine to him and all of his symptoms go away! It's great. And lasts 24 hours.
Generic childrens Zyrtec. Equate brand is the mvp! Same stuff as the big names , heck probably even made in the same factory ! I check the ingredient lists like crazy and lemme tell you. They're the exact same, but this is 1/3 of the price! No brainer for me
I bought this for my almost 3yro who suffers from allergies and nosebleeds from rubbing an itchy nose. It helps tremendously with the itchy nose and eyes and has prevented the nosebleeds without any drowsiness or grogginess which I love. One 2.5 ml dose a day in the morning works for us. Amazing allergy medicine for smaller kids who suffer with allergies.
I specifically love this dosage cup because it has: 2.5 mL, 5 mL, and 10 mL marked lines that are printed well and easy to read. I've kept them because it's hard for me to find a dosage cup with measurements like this. (Typically the ones I've seen only have a 5 mL mark.) The flavor is great too! The kids have never hesitated to take it after the first time trying it.
I got this for my 5 year old daughter who is wonderful about drinking medicine and her favorite is bubblegum, so I thought this would be a hit. She took a sip and looked around physically disgusted, saying that it afterwards it tastes like “chewin' on muddy grass” 😂 so I guess it doesn't taste good
DO NOT BUY unless you want your children to drink PARABENS! I cannot believe they allow parabens in the ingredients of a consumed children's “medicine”.
