My daughter says "it has a great grapey taste" and it brought her fever down. Win.Win.
I usually only give our kids liquid but i was in a pinch and these were the only ines available and at a great price. 2 kids under 5 were able to take them no problem, pediatrician approved, and approved the proper dosing for weight. highly recommend. kids also loved the flavor, easy to travel with over liquid.
They arrived quickly and were effective
We absolutely love these. Our boy would not drink medicine AT ALL. He would literally just suffer and it was impossible to get him to take a dose. Finally one day we realized they might have chewable tablets. And boom now he will have medicine anytime he is not feeling well!
No need to spend extra for the name brand. This is awesome! And if you travel a lot, it's perfect. My kids love the tablets over the liquid. It's very kid proof too. Equate does an awesome job with all of their kids medicines.
These chewable tablets are perfect for little headaches or sore throats. My little doesn't like the syrup, but will chew these tablets, like both flavors, grape or orange
I like this because I can give it to my arthritic dog. The pills are scored,so I can give half a pill. I will buy the double pack next time.
I actually take these for myself because I can not swallow adult sized pills. I have to take quite a bit to equal an adult dose but even a couple for the grandkids I feel they are too sweet tasting. I wish they were less overwhelming in sweetness even for the kids but also wish I could find similar way of taking chewable ibuprofen in an adult dose with same flavoring, less sweetness. That would be a big hit for me. Especially, if the cost was still low.
This medicine works well with helping with pain and fever relief. However, I'm not a fan of the dye used or the aspartame included. Would love to see a formula change for the well-being of kids.
Out of all the brands we tested, this was the most bitter. When you have sick kids that refuse meds this can be a chore. It works the same as the name brand though, and more affordable. Ultimately it didn't work for our family.
