I have been using this product a couple months now and I do appreciate the results. (It does say on the bottle not to use it more than (7?) days in a row). I often ..notice the results before I finish the whole large cup it's in. It is an easy-to-mix powder and dissolves quickly and smoothly. There is no sugar and no aspertame in the ingredients which is fantastic and seems hard to find. There have been no issues with being backed up since I have been using this powder! I have not noticed a taste but I do mix it with a couple other powders I take in the morning. (Scoop in picture not included. The lid is used to measure.)
My doctor first proscribed this to me. This product gathers all your water and puts it in your intestines. So you have to drink a good deal of water. It is only for occasional use i would ask a doctor before taking it everyday. I also like that they have this larger size.

This is great works as good as the expensive stuff.
This is the best stool softener on the market. I've used it for years. It's very gentle and not to be mistaken as a laxative. I'm not a doctor, but per my docs instructions and when it was by prescription only, I would have to take as much as 34ml (2 capfuls) twice per day. But 17mil once or twice per day usually worked fine. Could take a couple of days at times.
After surgery this is given to help with bell movements due to medications and non-activity. My doctor ordered it for prescription while at home and Walgreens wanted to charge hundreds of dollars. There was no way I could afford that and it was in little packets. so I came to Walmart to this item and I couldn't believe the difference in the price and it's the same thing except it's not in little packets. Read the directions and you will be happy with the results.

For medical purposes I have to use everyday; however I don't like how I feel when I don't Drink Enough HEALTHY liquid or water based foods melons cucumbers etc, I learned the trick is to limit sodium intake instead do whole food protein smoothies, Cheers to a healthier You!
It takes me to consume a lot of this to get it to work. And then it takes about 3 days before I see any results. You need to drink a lot since it depends on the fluid in your body to work. It does have a slight taste, not much but some. I added it to my grapefruit juice.
This product works how it should, it gets things moving along for my 5 year old that needs it. The down fall that I have with it is, it doesn't mix easily. It stays grainy and you have to shake /mix for way longer than in my opinion you should need to.
I'm so disappointed that that's the second item that I receive from there with the seal broken and this one came half bottle empty. I'm not buying from Walmart anymore.
