Working on quitting smoking the gum ahas been a good addition in my efforts to quit. Its a fairly low nicotine level I might need to purchase a higher one bit I can definitely tell a difference if I'm craving a smoke and chew a piece of the nicotine gum.
The Equate Nicotine 2MG Cinnamon Coated USP Gum 20ct is by far the best tasting nicotine gum I have tried!! Highly recommend this gum when trying to quit smoking. It has really helped me to curb the urge to smoke cigarettes and is a great alternative to a lozenge. Great product!!
I received the equate nicotine 2mg cinnamon coated gum and was pleasantly surprised with how well it has worked in helping me stop smoking. The flavor is good and the chewing helps to get rid of the oral fixation. It's affordable and effective. I recommend to anyone trying to quit smoking.
It's easy to use and carry around. It's inconspicuous so people don't know that it's not regular gum. It has a bit of a cinnamon flavor that isn't overpowering. It does have a little bit of a bitter aftertaste but that's to be expected since it is to curb nicotine cravings.
The flavor was overall good but it did not last as long as regular gum, I think this idea is nice & helpful especially in this generation but it more of just eating a piece of gum rather than stopping people from smoking a cigarette. I think that the idea could go far with a little more effort and make the taste last longer because once's the flavor is up they are going to go for a cigarette break and that is what we are trying to avoid.
This is the original Equate cinnamon 2 mg gum that's a white square. The new pink one is horrible!!! I wish they would stop making it and go back to only selling the white kind. The pink burns your mouth, has a rough texture and taste nothing like the original one
Equate nicotine 2mg cinnamon coated usp gu 20ct says on the box be mentally ready to quite and I guess I wasn't mentally ready for it and if you are mentally ready it will work cause I wasn't mentally ready to quit but smoking is gross and you should want to quit so if you are mentally ready this product is for you
So i gave this a bad review because of the taste and feel of the gum but also it didnt really help me although i only did it with the sample. The taste wasn't awful until the tingle came then it didnt taste great even just being in my cheek and it started to burn me. The gum also messed with my stomach but that could be a me problem. I wouldn't say run out and buy this but when trying to quit you try everything anyways. All in all it wasnt the worst but i will not buy it.
I like cinnamon. These are cinnamon flavored but the flavor disappeared waaayyy too fast. Then I don't want it anymore. Still needing the nicotine I continue to chew it. It gets hard to chew pretty quick as well. Maybe I just received an older sample or something. I kno one thing, as of right now I would not purchase any.
