I have been wanting to quit smoking for awhile now. I have tried a few different things to help me quit but have felled to help me completely quit. I was excited to try this when I was accepted. I opened the box and started using the gum the day I received it. I was skeptical at first but the more I used it the more it helped the cravings. Each day got better. I will continue to use this until I completely quit smoking. I would definitely recommend.

These are actually really good! They have really helped well with helping me to cut back on smoking cigarettes. I have been a smoker for a few years and had wanting to quit and with the help of this amazing product I have cut back drastically on smoking. As soon as I wake up each morning I automatically chew me a piece of these gum piece. I like they cinnamon flavor very much so. The flavor last the whole time and isn't to tacky. If your like me and want to cut back or quit smoking all together this is a wonderful product you'll want to try! It's been a great help to me and I can't wait to purchase another couple of packs.
EQUATE NICOTINE 4MG CINNAMON COATED USP GUM 20CT works to curb my nicotine cravings in seconds. I prefer the cinnamon flavor over mint. The cinnamon seems to help quicker and last longer than mint. It is less expensive than other brands as well. Definitely keeping a healthy supply in stock at home and slipping a sleeve in my handbag for on the go.
This gum has definitely helped curb my cigarette cravings. I'll chew a piece each time I feel a craving for a cigarette and it calms the need for a smoke. I've already cut back from a pack a day to about 12 or 13 cigs a day. It also has a great, long lasting cinnamon taste and is easy to chew. I think the very first step when you really really want to quit something that you got so used to is "determination" otherwise it would be twice as difficult. This gum can really help, it's hard at the beginning just like any other thing that you get your mind and body addicted to, but if you stick with it, you will eventually find yourself just chewing gum. The instructions are pretty straightforward, you chew 1 or 2 pieces, depending on the time you smoke your first cigarette after waking up. The flavor is not the greatest to me, but I think cinnamon is one of the best options out there when it comes to this type of product. And very important: remember that nicotine gum is medication, so when deciding to give it a try, stick to the exact instructions on the box, and give it time.
I tried Equate Nicotine 4mg Cinnamon Coated USP GUM in 20ct package and compared to other nicotine gums i was pretty surprised at how good it tasted! It didn't leave that weird filmy taste in my mouth and definitely helped keep my cravings at bay. I've tried a lot of products to try to quit smoking and i've had the most success from Equate Cinnamon coated nicotine gum! would recommend!
The cinnamon flavor of this gum was a little strong but, not bad. That helps a lot when starting to use a smoking cessation product. Its difficult to tell if this product would be very helpful in such a short period of time however, if the flavor of the product is good and you seem to be comfortable using it, your chance of success is very good. It takes time to know if this would be the product for you but I would recommend trying it and giving yourself a chance to see if it works for you.
The Equate Nicotine Gum cinnamon flavor contains an active ingredient called nicotine polacrilex. The same as having 4 mg of nicotine from a cigarette. It doesn't seem as strong. The gum has a outer coating on it that makes it seem a bit hard. As you chew it it seems to crumble and turn into sort of an odd texture. Not horrible just different. It is cinnamon flavored at first and for the first little bit. But it quickly looses it's flavor. As then is just a stress chew from needing a nicotine fix! However for the light/medium smoker it helps would help to control and get you through the rough patches. The gum this strength was intended for me since I have to have a cigarette pretty much as soon as I get out of bed. I would use this again in a pinch. Or if I was going somewhere and couldn't smoke.
I did not enjoy this Cinnamon Nicotine Gum. In my opinion the Cinnamon was much too strong and it did not mask the taste of the nicotine in the gum. I did not get the sensation to not smoke. I still needed to smoke. This might work for some people, but this product was not for me.
