I was using methylcellulose capsules and still had loose stools. The psyllium capsules work much better for me. Also the Equate price is a real bargain vs national brand.
This is the best brand of fiber around. The serving is 5 one-time a day, but it works well to start with less so your body can adjust. This product has kept me with "a happy gut!".
I've been taking these for more than a year. I like these better than the powdered fiber that you mix with water. Very convenient, I keep a bottle at work and one at home. I take 5 capsules twice daily and my digestive system feels great. Just remember to drink a large glass of water with it, and plenty of water during the day. Equate is just as good as the name brand, and costs much less.
My husband and I have been taking these of years now . We both have IBS problems. And i have to say this has helps alot . It doesn't cramp you up like some . It's gentle on your stomach.
me and my husband both started these but with one capsule a day. im still on one and he's on two❤️ we had diarrhea for the longest time and this stopped it dead in its tracks! hes been 140 pounds for 2 decades and hes now 158 and ive been stuck at im not saying but ive lost 13 pounds! it did have a risk for led but id rather die trying because this works for us and im floored at the results. start off with one capsule and let your body guide you the rest of the way. i love this product so much and will take it for the rest of my life. thank you so much Walmart ❤️
The only way to go! Convenient, effective, and no orange powder gumming up mixing cups impossible to get clean. *****EDITOR: MY METHYLCELLULOSE REVIEW SHOULD BE DELETED. I MISTOOK THE PRODUCT AS THIS ONE. THE METHYL. PRODUCT IS MARGINAL IN EFFECT AT BEST.
They were alright I did not realize how many you're suppose to take which is like up to five tables 4 times a day also can't really tell if it's working. Other than that a few capsules did break in the bottle so now there's powder at the bottom. Oh I take about 8 a day either all at night or 4 in the morning and 4 at night
The recommended dosage is 5 tablets 3 times daily for a total of 15 tablets per day! That is practically a meal by itself! My other fiber supplement was only 1 tablet 2 times daily. I think I will go back to my original fiber product.
It's hard to get the dose right with these and they always end up making me feel bloated. I always use the powdered fiber mix with a little apple cider vinegar, but the order took over a month to deliver so I ordered these to fill the gap. Hard times with corona virus wrecking the system! These can be better than nothing but I am keeping a supply of powdered mix on hand from now on. BTW, my wife shares the same problem with these capsules.
More than half of the capsules in this large bottle of fiber caps were empty or broken into jagged pieces. No clue what happened during manufacturing but they were Empty or a pointed, jagged mess! Had to trash most of them.
