This has helped with my often unsettled stomach and extreme gas. That can cause terrible pain. I don't know what's up with the gas as I've aged?? It's not smelly just gassy. 🤷🏻♀️ A friend who is a nurse recommended it. So far so good!
I have tried so many probiotics out there. This is, hands down, the best. I deal with serious bloating and inflammation, pain, a gurgling gut, etc.. With this probiotic, I can comfortably and regularly use the restroom.
I've been using these for about 10 years. Helps my IBS. There are more expensive ones out there, but this goes the trick for me.
