I have used this product for 1 year really helps with hot flashes.
I'm 42 not menopausal but have no energy. Not to get to into it, but my monthly cycle has really changed lately, I am only well about 7 days out of the month. The rest I am horrible sick and in pain. Discomfort in certain areas with dryness. When I mean sick I mean not getting out of bed or off the bathroom floor sick. Dying with pain (not cramps, but pains) and nausea. I saw this Estroblend Multivitamin (in store it is only $4.95), I thought, what the heck, I'm trying it. The first 2 days I was extremely hot from the vitamins. I thought crud, It gave me hot flashes! But it was gone after that. So no more hotness. But even if it had stayed I would have used it. The ENERGY is amazing. It is not like a drug or a caffeine energy, no shaking, no coming down. I feel normal like I did when I was younger. like a teen. I can do things all day long and night. The BEST part, I have been on this for 1/2 a month and I AM COMPLETELY HEALTHY. By now I would be on the floor in the bathroom dying in pain waiting for my monthly visitor. Now I am out of the house and loving life.
I have been taking this for years and it is the only menopause supplement that has ever worked. I have recommended this to five of my girlfriends who all take it with outstanding results. I has it all, vitamins, menopause relief ingredients, mood and memory and is very affordable. The Equate extra strength doesn't even come close on ingredients. It has been out of stock for months. Please, I beg you - BRING THIS BACK - for me, my friends and our husband's sanity!
I have been using this product for many years and I have never found anything that even comes close to the fantastic results of this product and the price is affordable...I have recommended this product to so many people and they have all been very grateful !
I found this product by chance when I started perimenopause and decided to give it a try. No more night sweats, rarely a hot flash and definitely helped with my mood swings. Additionally, I was eventually able to wean myself off of my anti-depressants. Lately i've been having trouble finding this one in Walmart and for some reason the max strength (yellow/white box) doesn't seem to give me the same benefit(s). It must be a pretty popular product, if you find it on Amazon, it costs twice as much AND you pay s&h.
At first I was just taking 1 a day, then amped it up to 2.5 and I really noticed a difference! Now I take 2.5 daily and my hot flashes, rages, and overall discomfort of menopause went away. I love this stuff. Was so unhappy when they took it off the store shelves, but glad to see I can order it on line. Don't take my equate away...my hubby will be very unhappy :)!

The hot flashes during the day have subsided substantially as well as the night sweats. This product works great at an affordable price. Used to buy another product but it was getting too expensive and it stopped working when they changed the formula. Will be buying Estroblend again and again.
