This product has exactly the same active ingredients and strength per dose as the significantly more expensive Aka-Seltzer brand. Just compare the labels. Equate equivalents in all cases are equally effective. Why not save in the process?
The Equate brand works just as fast and just as well as name brands but at a much better cost.
