1 or 2, depending on how severe the gas build up is, will do the job! Just as the name brand, and yes I have had both. I actually prefer Equate brand for its value. Very happy with the results of Extra Strength Gas Relief Softgels and in a size for someone that eats mainly vegetables, beans and legumes, a necessary item in my medicine cabinet. Thank you Equate!
This product helps my intestines stay less full of troublesome gas pockets. Its not something a person advertises, but due to very harsh health issues, 4 of the pills a day, recommended by doc, works for me. You still have to watch for gas producing foods.
These work well for me. I've found if I take them BEFORE I eat any gas causing food, they work much better for me. So like a preventative. The instructions say to take them after a meal, but that doesn't work well for me and stopping the issue.
This works just as well as the name brand at a much lower price. We have been buying them for years now. Wish I didn't need them, but they really do help.
These are so much cheaper than brand name and work just fine. i swallow a lot of air when i eat which bloats me so much so I take 2 or 3 before meals and i don't get so bloa bloated.

PS I've already tried them and they work just as well as the brand name (at a much lower cost!)

The gasx stops the discomfort of regular gas. When I am having severe gas and I feel it in my back and under my should blades, I need something a bit stronger like an extra, extra strength medication.
My March 20 order had two cans of beans that had badly dented tops. Don't know if I should use them or return them. The majority of my pickup orders are fine. Just a minor complaint.
lately things you have bought before like milk or tortillas if you are not careful it will cost over$13 for only 2 gallons of milk a pack of tortillas comes up as $15 and you can not change it you have to go inside and try to fix it so i guess this pick up thing is only good for walmart when people don't watch the prices
