this mouthwash is half the price of the namebrand version and it tastes just as good! we love that it doesn't burn our mouths when we use it and leaves it feeling fresh! i love that it is smaller so that it can be taken with us in the packaging instead of having to buy something to put it in to fit in our luggage. we will definitely buy more of it since the kids can use it too!

Instead, this wonderful mouthwash just freshens your breath with no burning sensation, it's pleasant to use! This is no ordinary mouthwash, it really packs a punch when it comes to benefits with the first use, it Instantly targets germs like gingivitis and bad breath, leaving your mouth cleaner and fresher with every use! It's alcohol-free, that's why no burning sensation with use and there are no flavors or artificial colors added. This rinse was even formulated by a dentist to ensure it is beneficial and effective for oral hygiene! The directions say only to use it twice a day, so I use it right after brushing my teeth in the morning and right after brushing my teeth before bed. This mouthwash has a strong peppermint flavor which will make your mouth tongue and lips tingle. No medicinal taste with this mouthwash. The viscosity of this mouthwash has a mouth feel somewhat thicker than water and slicker. This is NOT at all unpleasant. Your mouth will definitely feel cool and fresh after use. I like the fact there aren't dye used for coloring its clear in color. Only draw back is the cap measuring guide is hard to see (see photo)
A good mouthwash is hard to find, and I finally found one. I love this Equate Fresh Breath Oral Rinse. What I love most about it is that It is Alcohol Free Mouthwash. It is very cooling and refreshing and Instantly freshen your breath and attack those germs that cause bad breath. It also removes plaque so my dentist will be happy when I see him for my annual cleanings. It doesn't burn because there is no alcohol in the mouthwash. I noticed it also helped keep my gums from bleeding, which is a problem I have often when I brush my teeth. The directions say For best results do not exceed use more than twice a day. I use it in the morning and at night before going to sleep. It is not suitable for children under 12 years old, but I don't have any children in my home. It is also formulated by a dentist so you know it has what is needed for awesome dental hygiene. There are no extra unneeded ingredients. It is safe for tooth enamel as well. The directions say to use just one capful to rinse your mouth with for 1 minute and then spit it out. You can also gargle in it for 30 seconds to clean your throat. I used it for sore throat and it helped me a lot.
This is my new mouthwash! I have been sick and have a sore throat and some canker sores along the top of my gums. The Equate Fresh Breath Oral Rinse mouthwash is clear and barely has a scent. After I brush my teeth and rinse with this mouthwash my throat feels better, the pain from the canker sores calm down, and I have an overall natural feeling of a clean mouth. The mouthwash cap is easy to unscrew to open, but not to easy for a small child to open. I only filled the cap about half way of mouthwash and that suited me just fine. The bottle is kind of stylish.
I like that this product does not contain alcohol. It doesn't cause that traditional mouthwash burn. Instead, it's just a mildly cool, refreshing feeling of cleanliness. I get canker sores from time to time and this doesn't even irritate them. I don't know what it does long-term for my oral health, but I like the taste and it makes me feel cleaner
I suffer from dry mouth so I'm always looking for a good mouthwash. This brand is not that bad but not that good either. The flavor is intense and refreshing when you first use it, but it seems to dissipate fairly quickly in my opinion and that is why I gave 4 stars.
This mouth wash is a must have. I was shopping at Walmart while on vacation, I needed something small yet portable. This 16 oz container did the job. It's alcohol free so when I used it it didn't burn my mouth like most mouth rinser. This brand is nice, it leaves a minty flavor and it lasted for hours. I love it. This is a must have. I like to use it twice a day, morning and night.
We usually use Equate regular mouthwash. Thought we would give Fresh Breath oral rinse a shot. I noticed you are supposed to swish for a full minute verses 30 seconds. Spit and take another dose and gargle for 30 seconds. Seems this wash is more geared for bad breath issues. The bottle is not clear so surprised when poured out and mouthwash was clear. There is no alcohol in this rinse so taste is more mild. Seems less minty also. Mouth doesn't feel as fresh afterwards. Never felt regular rinse was too strong or burned. Not sure which ingredient is the germ killer. We will keep trying this product till it's gone but will probably not buy again.
Equate oral rinse is a typical mouthwash that while slightly cheaper isn't giving long lasting freshness or whitening properties. It is pleasant tasting enough and for a quick swish after eating, not terrible. However, I won't be switching from my typical name brand rinse.
