This has kept my mouth fresh and white. Seems as good, if not better as any other mouthwash. The foaming action takes some getting familiar to, but promotes a clean feeling.
Love this product yes it foams because the peroxide ,but it's great for my gums ,the only product that work bonus it whitens my teeth : )

Got this product to whiten my teeth. Instead the fluoride made ugly brown stains that were difficult to remove.
Because it just tastes too bad to use for a prolonged period of time. At first, it seems okay. But once you spit it out, its a frothy, back of the throat coating nastiness that can only be described as that feeling you get when you wake up with the worst morning breath imagineable... Yuck.
I cannot speak to the effectiveness of this product. I can only say that it tastes so horrible that it gagged me...yes gagged me....when I tried to rinse with it. I tried three mornings to use it and had to follow with a water rinse and immediately rinse with Lavorice to get that horrible taste out of my mouth. I threw the bottle into the garbage. I can't think of another thing that has ever caused me to gag other than when I tasted liver as a child at my mother's command.
