We live in the Phoenix area and buy a years supply at a time (very needed here) to save on shipping. Walmart sent us 4 bottles all almost out of date. While it will probably work OK, the lotion gets lumpy after while, and we expect to get product that can be used for a while, not just a few months.

so we found out that my daughter is allergic to almost all sunscreens & that she can only use CHEMICAL-FREE sunscreens. this is the most economical sunscreen that doesn't make her break out. it doesn't leave your skin "white" like some other sunscreens do. it rubs in great & doesn't feel greasy once you rub it in. our friends have used this because they didn't bring their own sunscreen and no one has complained about it. this is the only sunscreen I will buy for my whole family.

Probably effective as a sunscreen. I have always used banana boat (for kids or for babies) because it doesn't sting your eyes....I can't figure out how sunscreen always migrates into my eyes! This stuff stings! so don't use it on your face--or your kids face!.

Skin allergy!

This sunblock caused a lot of misery to my family. My wife, her mom, my mom, and myself all broke out with itchy bumps that lasted over a week! It's very deceiving because it only reacts when exposed to the sun so it may appear to be "working" on those cloudy or overcast days. I didn't know the sun could trigger such an allergic skin reaction with sunblock but I looked it up and it does happen. My advice is to test any sunblock to a small area of your skin first before applying it to your whole body.

I got a terrible rash from this lotion too. It's supposed to be hypoallergenic but it caused a reaction that is taking days to clear up. Be carful with using it
