I started using this product about 14 years ago when I worked two jobs. I looked at many different "energy boosters" and this was the only one that really worked. After taking only one of these the tiredness gently goes away for several hours. One more in the after noon and I'm good until quitting time. Just don't take to many or you might not be able to sleep. WAY better than caffeine products for feeling awake and way cheaper than so called energy drinks. I've recommended this to many friends and most get the same results.
Spirulina is considered a "superfood" (google it) a good dose of it is considered to be very nutritious. I been looking for this supplement on ebay, amazon and other websites, but by far walmart has the best price. Great job Walmart!
For more severe symptoms of IBS this is a great product that helps especially when I can't be home all the time due to working.
Easy to take, no adverse side effects...great addition to my supplemental regimen.
