After trying out the 2mg Nitotine Mint Mini Lozenges I really noticed a difference in the cravings I would usually have it I didn't smoke. Even the next morning, I popped 1 in my mouth & it was satisfying my craving which was crazy because the morning is when I would usually need a cigarette right after I'd wake up. That's how I know these really work at least for me! Also, just an FYI the 2mg may not work for someone who smokes a pack a day & I say this because I smoke about a half a pack a day if that & that's why I feel the 2mg lozenges worked very well for me & my cravings being decreased each day I used them!
I like how you receive 4 small bottles which makes it very easy to carry 1 bottle whether in your pocket or purse instead of bulky package. I would have liked lozenge to be a bit bigger for I want to chew or swallow instead of lasting. Mint flavor could be stronger. The lozenge does seem to be helping to lower my cravings.
The lozenge is very strong at first as you need to start off by taking 9 per day for first six weeks . But you will notice the cravings get seeker by the week ! If you truly want to quit smoking the I definitely would recommend the equate nicotine lozenges great mint taste and definitely helps you fight the urge to smoke.
Incredulously, after 35 years of a hardcore cigarette addiction, I have finally quit smoking. After 4 years I can make this assertion with confidence. The only trouble is, I am now addicted to these lozenges! Still, I choose this addiction to be the lesser of two evils. I strongly prefer this brand to other more prominent brands. My only notable criticism is the price: cheap to produce but a major gouge to the consumer -- a shameless exploitation. But then again, that's Walmart for ya -- altruism isn't part of their (or any company's) business model.
Equate Nicotine 2mg Mint Mini Logenzes 108 CT are very helpful in trying to quit smoking. I did find it hard at first. But after a few days it became easier. Thank you Home Tester Club for allowing me to try this before buying it. I've quit smoking !!!!!
It is very easy to take , no problems with taking it ! I love the mint flavor of the 2 mg Equate brand Nicotine Lozenges , it helps with the cravings of wanting to smoke an cigarette , and throughout the day ! I would recommend to my friends and family that needs help to stop smoking !
The nicotine lozenge did satisfy my craving for nicotine. The mint taste was all right. I did not like the texture of the lozenges leaves behind a chalky feeling in your mouth. But overall I do recommend this product if you really want to quit smoking you should not mind the texture.
I have been wanting to quit smoking, so I was excited to try the Nicotine 2Mg Mint Mini Lozenge from Equate. the mint flavor was fine and kept my breath fresh. I felt that the lozenges helped with nicotine craving. The only thing is they don't address other addictive aspects of smoking, like the sitting and taking a break with something in your hand to hold. I also felt that the nicotine in these was a little strong for me. Maybe because I smoke about 5-10 cigarettes a day and I could probably use less. There are some good things about this product but I think it won't be the thing to stop me smoking. I don't like using products that contain aspartame, either, however.
I prefer the smaller size of these than the larger lozenges, very discreet to use. They also are faster acting allowing you to get the nicotine you need when you want it. Easy to keep with me when I have a craving for a smoke at work or out with friends!
I truly did not enjoy the nicotine mint. It did not help me with not smoking/vaping. The problem I have with quitting is not only the nicotine. It is the habit of the motion. I was also not a huge fan of the flavor. They were not horrible, just not for me.
