I really hate that I let myself become addicted to cigarettes. This gum actually helps me quit, because it keeps my mouth busy which tricks my brain into thinking 'If I can chew a piece of gum till the cravings pass, that's one less cig I smoke.' it works.
For starters, I love the minty taste. I noticed a difference after the first couple of days. I used as directed per the box. I had to keep myself/mind busy and when I felt a craving coming on for a cigarette I'd pop one of these in my mouth and it helped me way better than I had expected. I've been smoking way less. It's a work in progress, I think with continued use and dedication quitting smoking can be achieved with the help of Nicotine 4mg Mint Mini Lozenges.
I was always one to hold name brands in the highest regard,yet after trying the Nicotine 4MG Mint mini Lozenges,I have completely changed my thoughts. These are great to have when you want to stop smoking or are unable to smoke. My husband does a lot of jobs where he is unable to smoke. He has used these equate nicotine lozenges. They do work really well. My husband usually smokes when he is stressed. These lozenges actually work and help my husband to calm down just like when he smokes a menthol cigarette. I would recommend these equate lozenges. They are worth the cost of the bottles. There cheaper than the name brand nicotine gum and lozenges. The lozenges are small but work great.
The Equate Nicotine 4mg mint mini Lozenges taste great!! The mint taste completely covers any underlying taste of nicotine. You need to be careful, you should not consider them like tic -tac's!! They are easy to pop in your mouth to get you past those times when craving a cigarette. I use them at work, flying and other times that vaping is not possible

This gives me a dose of nicotine that I would usually get from a cigarette, and it's convenient and easy to take. The bottles are small, and easy to carry in your pocket or purse. I learned that the lozenge dissolves best when under the tongue. It also worked as an appetite suppressant, like cigarettes usually do as well.
Nicotine replacement has come a long way! These little lozenges taste pleasantly minty; they do have the tingle of nicotine but that's to be expected. I've tried nicotine replacement before, but these don't give me the horrible stomach issues like other brands did in the past. I feel like I'm going to be much more successful kicking the habit now!

I find these Nicotine Mini Mint Lozenges to have a great potential to help me quit smoking. I found that I smoke less cigarettes when using these but I still have cravings die my cigarettes. They flavor is balanced and not overpowering which makes it easier die me to reach for one of them during those times I am unable to have a cigarette. I am definitely more motivated to quit smoking knowing these will help satisfy my cravings.
Small size like a tic tac, I wish it had had a more minty taste. It actually irritated my mouth and throat and made me a bit nauseous. That was the only bad feedback. I have only used for a day & a half but I did find that it curbed my craving for a smoke. Unsure if I will continue w/ this treatment because of the irritation issue, may try something else like a patch or gum.
