Seems to work OK but it's pretty pricey.
These pills are huge and can be difficult to swallow. Much bigger then name brand (at least twice the size) Mucinex but they do seem to be just as effective.
Works well for night time to keep my bronchial congestion loose, use without the DM for day time! I have undiagnosed COPD, and this helps greatly in getting the mucus out of my lungs!
