I've been using this product for years. I have tried other nasal sprays and this one works every time. Allergies and sinus problems have plagued me all of my life. I was REALLY happy to find this generic product that has the same active ingredient as the one I was using for much more. I too have trouble finding this product on the shelf and since I gave up driving, I get as many products as I can on line. Thank you Walmart for making this old lady's life a little bit easier.
while I would prefer the cheaper kind of equate nasal spray that contains Ozmetazoline Hydrochloride ( the equivalent to 4 way) This kind is my second choice and I am thankful I can get it!
I like this product I always buy a for pack but it's never in stock for last couple of months I shop Walmart on line once a month because its handy for me because I don't drive guess I will have to spend my money somewhere else I depend on this less this can be resolved..
