Whereas this was not the whole reason I was able to go from 218 to 118 in 9 months it was the only thing I took in addition to diet and exercise. It didn't seem to do much at first but I can really tell the difference in how I feel if I skip a few days. I am not normally a vitamin person. I think the only other time I have ever taken one was while I was pregnant but I do believe in this one.
This vitamin is caffeinated. I am sensitive to caffeine pills. I have never been sensitive to a multivitamin before. This pill makes me nauseated within 15 minutes if I don't take it with a fairly hearty breakfast.
