I feel much better taking my vitamins, more energy. & they shipped it so fast, 3 days prior then the date they gave me. I would definitely buy this product, its Cheap & Makes you feel good. :)
Been taking these over a year now after my doctor suggested a multi vitamin. Works just as good as the name brand and I showed the bottle to my doctor and she approved it as well.
I am not getting 100% of all the vitamins I need everyday, but pretty close. This fills in the gaps.
Compare these to One a Day. Same nutrition for a lot less money. Equate is a very reliable brand in my experience.
You get a 100 of these, and they're so cheap! Very good deal. Can't comment on quality because I've tried lots of multivitamins and I never really feel any different taking them/not taking them, but I'm sure these are doing some good. The pill is relative in size to any other multivitamin (which is to say, a bit big) and they don't taste good (like most multivitamins). These have 100 percent iron, which can make your stomach upset. Make you take these at night after you've eaten dinner, you take them in the morning and there won't be enough food in your stomach and you'll probably puke. But if you take them after dinner you don't have any problems.
I have been taking these for over a year for my daily vitamin needs. My D was low, but now it stays constant.
This vitamin is a good value because it's many vitamins combined. Be sure to eat it with food that has plenty of fiber, never on an empty stomach or you will get queasy.
I USUALLY TAKE THE ONE A DAY BRAND WOMEN'S MULTIVITAMIN. IT CAN BE QUITE EXPENSIVE, SO I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY THIS LESS COSTLY BRAND. SURPRISINGLY I COULD NOT DETERMINE IN THE TWO. THEREFORE, TO SAVE MONEY I WILL BE USING THIS ONE.
I have to take them with food. Even then I feel little queasy at times, but the "yuck" feeling goes away after a few minutes. The pills themselves are really large and hard to swallow. Otherwise, considering the price, they are okay.
So far so good... IDK the quality of the ingredients but it's a great addition to my other line up of high grade mineral supplements..
