works the same as the name brand
It's the same as name brand. Dissolves very well even in cold drinks. I mix it with cranberry juice and it's good. I have mixed it with water too and there is really no taste so it goes down easy. Not super hard on my stomach, it's more than a stool softener but less than a extra strength laxative pill so a happy medium for me. I am on meds that stop me up a little and it helps me keep regular.
Excellent product. Very mild laxative for the body.
At less than 1/2 the cost of any other brand or store...Its a great choice, effective and affordable.
I was hesitant to use any laxative because of the horror scenes in movies where people take them and things quickly take an explosive turn for the worse. I was on strong pain meds though and needed to get things moving. If you've taken those, you know how your internal pipes get… clogged up… after awhile. Happy to report these do not cause any cinematic mayhem in the bathroom. It is all smooth sailing, if you catch my drift. Took about a day and a half to notice real change. The powder mixes into any drink, and while it makes your drink slightly thicker, it is not unappetizingly thick. It is flavorless, too, so you can add it to your drink of choice. Each dose is in its own package making it convenient for travel and use. If you are searching for calm, clarity and regularity in your digestive tract, this will do the job.
These packets are perfect for putting in my morning coffee. Thanks Walmart for making life easier %26 better.
These packets work very well is you use them often enough to get you system working. My only issues is with the actual package itself. They are attached together and have slits that need to be torn apart to separate them. Also you need to tear a very small slit at the top to pour the powder into a glass. The issue with this is that the package is very thin and easily tears causing the powder to spill. I finally decided to use scissors to separate the packages and also cut off the top to pour the powder. No problems after that. I do recommend this product.
Works well but the packaging is not good because the 2-packets perforated together never sever correctly and it is difficult to not open both packets when trying to separate them.
Prefer Miralax and ClearLax polyethylene glycol powders to Equate. The Equate does not mix well in cold or room temperature liquids, clumpy. Unfortunately I stocked up on Equate for travel purposes. The Equate brand works to relieve constipation but the poor mixing leads me to not recommend this product. Rated 2 stars because it does work to relieve constipation. There are better generic brands available.
literally did NOTHING. i started with 1 pack, no result, tried 2 packs at a time again no results. I'll stick to miralax.
