Great probiotic. I capsule a day after meals helps my stomach issues. Great price and good quality.
It seems to be a quality product!
I will say, I haven't noticed a real change, though my doc recommended a good probiotic......I've noticed I am more belchy at times lol, no idea if that's due to the probiotic or not though....I try to eat yogurt once a day too.....as raw probiotics are obviously better than processed.....but there's just so many different options available, figured I'd give these a whirl first. They are available in my local store, despite the site saying otherwise.
My doctor recommended a probiotic with lactobacillius to help with ibs-c. I have found these do work but you must give it about 3-4 weeks to really notice. This is a great product and an excellent price.

I noticed results within 8 hours of taking my first capsule. Totally meets the expectation. Amazing price and amazing results!
I used to use Align, and then the generic from Walgreens. I decided to try this one that had more in it for less and it works just as good or better!
Capsules are individually packaged 10 to a flat foil packet. Have to push through each one. Not ideal with arthritic fingers.
This product seems to have the important ingredients, so I'm pleased with that. I wish it wasn't in blister packs; this is difficult to work with. That's why only 4 stars.
