I am a teeth grinding, mouth breathing, full face cpap mask wearer (I have been called worse). In the years that I have been on the cpap, I have tried several different types of mouth guards. This one has been the most comfortable right out of the box. Plus the price is good for a pack of two. Others, I have tried to modify to reduce the front pressure they cause on my lips. This one has a very thin front profile. The only things that I had to do was to fit it to my bite per the instructions and to sand a slight ridge off of the back part of the curve where the tip of my tongue rest. If you are a full face cpap mask user, I recommend that you give these a try.
I paid $350 for the one from the dentist, but this is softer and more comfortable! Custom fitted, top or bottom teeth and isn't a hard surface like the one from the dentist. Will probably wear out within a year or two but totally worth the comfort. Cost $14 for TWO of them. Great purchase
I can't sleep without it!!! I'm not missing any teeth and I have 1 crown. It fits extremely snug on my teeth and can't possibly fall off! If that's even a thing. Don't bother with more expensive ones, just get this one! It did take some time getting used to something in my mouth, but now I can't sleep without it!!!
This mouth Guard works great. I have tried a few other name brands and this is the best. The others were hard plastic feeling and left my teeth feeling sore. I should have started with the Walmart brand to begin with. I Absolutely recommend this mouth Guard!
I had never used a night guard before so when I bought this item in store I was looking for something low-cost that I could just try out, I have a fairly small mouth, and l did not want anything big or bulky. Fitting and molding the guard was very simple, but you have to follow the instructions from the pamphlet inside, there is a lot of steps, but they are easy to follow. I am very happy with the guard so far, the fit is comfortable, not too bulky, and best of all my jaw feels better in the morning, not tight and painful from all the grinding. FYI, the instructions for this guard require you to boil it in water for the fitting/molding, most other guards require you to microwave it.
I'm not sure if i have big teeth or what, but I wish these had more of the plastic material because these barely cover the ends ofnmy teeth. These are definitely better than nothing, but the lack of material seems to mean only the tips of my teeth are protected, and there is little to no protection from the pressure of grinding and clenching my teeth at night.
I cannot recommend this guard at all. 1… it's too thick. It will cause jaw pain. 2… the fitting process left the front held together with just a thin strip of material. 3… it broke in half the first night. Seems like this would create a choking hazard!
Shreds and the small pieces get lodged in your throat and it makes you choke. It is also not made with women with smaller mouths in mind. Plus, The hard piece of plastic that is supposed to bend to the shape of your mouth will widen back to it's original shape and grinding proceeds.
Bought to get me by until I got my bite guard from dentist to help with my headaches. Useless, followed directions. I've used this type in the past. Too thick and large. Maybe ok for a man or large mouth but still wouldn't conform to my bite. Front is too shallow but back is too thick.
They fall apart when you put them in hot water and they wouldn’t form terrible item
