I use this after I floss and before I brush my teeth. My dentist says my teeth look great so I'm guessing it works and will continue to use. Taste fine.
I purchased this so I could compare it to Plax. I actually liked this more because it's more minty and it's less expensive. As far as performance, I feel like this performed as well as the name brand.
I have been using this as a pre-rinse for years, since I discovered it over a decade ago. I am in my late 60s %26 have all 32 teeth, including my wisdom teeth. I brush fanatically too . I credit my dentist %26 dental hygieneist telling me I've got incredible teeth in great part to Plax. Highly recommend.

It has long been my go-to predental rinse. My dental technician compliments me on how well I take care of my teeth.
Toothpaste can be messy. A mouth rinse works better for me. I especially like the Equate brand price.
My whole family uses this pre-brush rinse because it works well. Leaves mouth and teeth feeling very clean
it works pretty good my only issue is I don't think there's alcohol in it like Listerine would have. I like that burning feeling to let me know that oh it's killing those germs. it's still a good item and I'm okay with it.
