I quit with these over 2 years ago, just ordered for my sister. patches are great, will stay on during work, excersise, even shower, till you take them off. you wont regret getting these.
they finally did it! instead of selling us one package at a time, they finally put the whole thing into one purchase. if I had bought them separately, it would have been $28 each, which would have equaled $112 for the whole thing. so glad that they finally put it into one package.
For first 2 wks, still craved the habit of 'smoking something'. I stopped using the patches after 2 wks, the box recmnds 4 wks for the highest milligram, then 1 wk a piece for the other 2 milligram levels. It has now been 4 wks and I haven't smoked! Rarely think abt it, will use the xtra if I need 2
My husband prefers this one because it comes in different doses. The patch is round and tan colored and sticks on better than the clear ones. For the price it's way better than getting the same thing with a prescription from a pharmacy.
Been 3 weeks so far and Ive not had a single puff. I did buy the gum too, to help the urges and during high stress situations, after a week in I switched to mostly regular non nicotine come for my urges(still using patch). I have been smoking for 25 years. I do not see myself going back. The patches stay on, even in my showers.
These patches are great if you are trying to quit smoking. Definitely do not accidentally forget about them being on though, I did have an allergic reaction when I accidentally left it on. They do not stay on in the shower, but if you let them dry they go back on with no problem.

These do work really well. I haven't had a cigarette in 3 and a half weeks, but I've had to use medical tape to keep them on sometimes. They need to be a little more sticky.
I have used other brands and never had issues like this. No matter where I place the patch, it ends up coming off. Don't even think about wearing this if you are outside on a hot day. Within an hour, it was sliding off. And lesson learned... make sure you have backup nicotine source when this happens so you don't experience the urge symptoms like I did. It was horrible
