I bought this to save a few bucks off the boost low carb shakes. Never again. Drank one and shortly after my stomach felt like someone lit a fire in it. Had to take two prilosecs and wait hours before it let up. Didn't realize it was from the shake itself. Tried another one today and I wasn't even half way through it and my stomach is on fire. I don't know what is in these, but I do not recommend this at all. I threw the rest away.
I've done keto for over two years now and have tried most artificial sweeteners with no issues. However, whatever is in this thing immediately made my stomach ache after drinking. I'm talking cramps and full blown stomach aches. Two hours later, I'm I'm now in the restroom, writing review and dealing with the aftermath. Would not recommend at all.
Don't drink this product! Look at all the reviews first! I wish I did. I'm still sick in bed after drinking 2 bottles of it! Worst stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of control of my arms and legs. I'm contacting a lawyer! And yes I know for sure I'm sick because of the shake because I tried them 2 times and the 1st time my stomach hurt, the 2nd time I got so sick I was going to go to the hospital but didn't.
