This equate brand is just as good as the brand name. Very good value for a big bottle. I would not give any thing else to my granddaughter for occasionally needed laxative. I have used the brand name since childhood with trust. Tried and true. Very gentle, effective, no cramps and works overnight every time. Cherry flavor also helps. Yes, I recommend it highly.
This product is just as good as the name brand but priced better.
I have a hard time absorbing magnesium and for some reason when my legs and back start to cramp the Equate milk of magnesia works like a charm for me. The cherry is the only way to go, the other is hard to take. If you take too much then expect a trip to the bathroom for sure. If you need a bit of magnesium to help with pain, try taking a few sips through out the day, it makes a world of difference.
The pricing is great for this economy size. It's something we usually need, but don't have, so we find ourselves running out to a local store or pharmacy to get and the prices are much higher than here at Walmart. Will definitely buy again.
If you need a magnesium based laxative, a teaspoon of this works great and it also acts as a magnesium supplement. But make sure you get this Wild Cherry flavor! I made that mistake a month ago and the Regular flavor is like drinking chalk solution.
Do a good job
I need a lot of this and the price can't be beat. It also works in a day with no cramps. Trouble is, they seem to have discontinued it :( :( :( So have to use the original flavor or go to the expensive name brand.
I really like the Equate brand because it's easier on my stomach and it doesn't have that sugary taste plus it works great. The problem is I can't find this in the stores anymore, this item has to be ordered online. Please Walmart, restock your shelves again with this brand.
All correct in order, and product arrived in great shape and was packaged well. Did not take too long to get here also.
I'd give 5 stars if the product were ever in stock. This is the ONLY over the counter laxative my husband uses. Must be EQUATE. Must be CHERRY flavor. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult to find when needed. I try buying 1 bottle or more Every. Single. Time. I tun in a grocery order but 9 out 10 times it's out of stock. At my local Walmart. At any Walmart with in a 50mi radius. %26 Not online. Why? What is so difficult about making this product %26 keeping supply up to demand? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
