I have gastroperisis and this helps my stomach and my bowels !!
Seems to calm down my gut issues within an hour. its affordable compared to other probiotics. 40 billion live cells per capsule. 16 different strains. Thats alot more than other expensive probiotics. Will keep buying.
This product is a life saver! I've spent 10 years dealing with a feminine health "mystery" that doctors, tests, and scans could not explain. After just 1 week of taking these probiotics, all symptoms are gone!

I've been taking these Equate probiotics for a year. They work just as well as Garden of Life brand. The price is affordable. with fast free delivery.
I could not tell a difference when taking this. I took an entire bottle and absolutely nothing was different. Maybe I just didn't need it?!
I was impressed by feedback but found it just wasn't right for me. I noticed no changes. I went back to Align women's dual action Probiotics. It's a tremendous relief from gas. I have suffered from Interstitial Cystitis most of my life %26 was having frequent rescues for pain. Quite surprisingly it seems that pain is behind me as long as I'm on Align.
I'm having trouble with the app when I paid so I told to your rude, very rude self check out personnel that I'm having trouble but it feels like their accusing me right away I'm stealing. I went back I did NOt leave . You can check the camera I did not leave the self checkout but they don't know how to treat people with dignity. You don't accuse right away or made someone feel that were stealing. They ruin my day.
After taking these for about 3 weeks I happened to notice a completely undissolved capsule in the toilet after having a bowel movement. I decided to compare these with the brand I had previously used and after 2, 3, and 13 hours (see pictures) the Equate brand probiotic had not dissolved. Pictures show the other brand (which was pinkish in color) was fully dissolved after 2 hours.
