IF it holds up (unlike the StickyCup, which is notorious for leaks in the rubber cup) then it is a GREAT mount! Far better and easier to use than the StickyCup. But I have suspicions about the durability of Escort's rubber cups, as I've been through at least 4 of the previous StickyCups for the cup losing sucction and failing to stick. I hope the EZ Mag Mount is better because the mag mount itself is far better IMO. But I have zero reason to impeach the EZ Mag Mount as of now and I am happy with it!

They resolved my situation and received my new windshield mount in two days. The guy trying to help me wasnt doing all that Great @ his job! I kinda got a little aggravated @ him not intentionally, its just the way things were going it was a hard time to get things accomplished he didnt reallt no what he was doing! No in my opinion he didnt!
Great design, but quality, materials and durability needs to be seriously improved. I had to purchased a new mount because the original that came with the radar detector only 2 months out of 12 months warranty, came apart. The rubber cup and silicone did not last much in the TX and AZ sun. In addition the extended warranty did not help. Be aware that if one buys the extended warranty, this only covers the radar unit and not any of the accessories that come with in the original package at the time of purchase Which does not make sense much. Read the disclosures very carefully.
Easy to use but have had 5 literally explode in either my wife's Escalade, my pickup or my Corvette. Set the alarms off in the Escalade and the Vette. They last about a year before I start having issues. Granted it is in Texas but vehicles are garage kept. Escort always has stock but getting tired of buying 2 or 3 every spring. Just bought another 3 for spares for this year. I always take a spare with me when I travel now. Have stated my concerns to customer service each purchase but falls on deaf ears. Escort units, (I have three) MAX 360c itself is top notch. No issues.
