You have neck pain or back these help .......place one behind back and tuck the other under neck ahhhh no more pain in the morning!!!
It is very firm and doesnt compress so it holds my head too high for comfort . But it seems well made and I will use it under my knees instead.
This is good but the material is terrible its very slippery and slides out from under neck. Maybe material can be changed to some thing else other than silky material
for me gave me headache and my neck hurt so bad. for the first night try it
