I recently tried a supplement for hot flashes and increase the level of estrogen, and I have to say, it worked instantly and made a huge difference! The frequency of hot flashes was reduced to maybe once a day. The best part is that it's also straightforward to take and not hard to swallow at all. I highly recommend this supplement to anyone who's looking for a natural solution to hot flashes.

I admit, I started this product while also starting DIM and CDG (now) but I have run out of only this and noticed the drop in healthy estrogen support. This really brought me out of the cold/hot and sad experiences. Obviously, ymmv but for me, this is a staple. I try to remember two per day but even one per day will offer you support. If you start seeing IG ads, you'll see ppl selling similar ingredients for a LOT more and they often don't have as large of a dose of each listed ingredient. If they don't tell you individually how much each ingredient is in your pill, how can you really compare? Kyolic has them all listed.
I have tried a number of different products to help with hot flashes, night sweats, disruptive sleep and dreaming associated with perimenopause, including hormone creams. The only product that worked 100% is Estro Logic. It took about 3 weeks before the hot flashes were completely gone, but after that I was back to normal; able to wear sweaters without worrying about uncontrollable sweats. I can't wait for this to be back in stock because I'm using another herbal supplement to combat the hot flashes, but as the Estro Logic leaves my system completely, I'm back to having sleep interruptions and negative dreams as well as hot flashes. And this is after trying to find a supplement (to the point of combining two different ones) that has the same ingredients and in the same amounts.
For some reason this particular combination of ingredients is especially effective for addressing perimenopause symptoms, especially interrupted sleep.
I have used 2 bottles of this brand. I ordered it in from a health store in our country but it costs 80% more. I've tried other brands that my functional doctor gave me but I bloated after 2 weeks, my appetite went out of control too. I couldn't tuck my shirt in. That got me scared. But with Estro Logic there was no bloating, my appetite got normal , I feel really great! No bad smell. No scent as well. This product is well formulated. The 2 bottles that I ordered arrived today which took only 5 days to arrive to think I am from the Philippines. Really fast shipment. I highly recommend this product. Its helping me with menopause symptoms. Go for it.

I am in perimenopause and started having frequent hot flashes and woke up with night sweats about 3-4 times a night. I did not want to go straight to hormone replacement therapy as suggested by my gynecologist. I decided to try a more natural product first. I started taking EstroLogic about 2 weeks ago and have found that the intensity and frequency of the hot flashes have decreased. I shall continue this for the foreseeable future.
To early to say if it works for PMS and Perimenopause symptoms. I will update my review later. Service from I herb was good… fast shipping and delivery!
