I loved it. I did not have hot flashes nor night sweats but I knew something was wrong. I searched until I found Estroven Complete Multi-Symptom . I had no idea that other symptoms were related to menopause, I felt 100% better the next day. It's amazing what one little pill can do a day with or without food.
Only the Complete Menopause Relief (NOT the Complete Multi-Symptom) works wonders for me. The Complete Multi-Symptom version of Estroven does not have the same other ingredients and does not work for me at all.
This has been such a great help. I have a lot less hot flashes, and none at night. I have also been able to sleep better, I take it about two hours before bed. I have been taking this for almost three months and I haven't had any issues. Give it a try, it might help you,too.
Works great to help you sleep and not have to wake up with hot flashes. Also works great for hot flashes. I've tried others that didn"t do anything compared to these.
i have been taking this product and the equate brand. When i cab get tge equate brand i do. I tried switching to another brand from health food store. I gave it 2 months, and then i switched back to this product. this product worked better with my hot flashes and mood swings than a more expensive, supposed to be better product. Will not switch again.
I guess it's working it says it takes a month or more to get in your system to notice a difference but it's not hurting that's for sure anything is gonna help with all this hormonal crap I have going on with this menopausal mass I'm only 51 and this started when I was 40 so yes I think it's helping and I'm still taking it
Overall the product is okay, I don't have as many hot flashes. There is another one by the same manufacturer that has weight management and it works better. Was using this one because it was within my budget.
It definitely improved on the mood swings and hot flashes. The only thing I didn't like is it gave me severe cramps like when it would be the worst time of the month. I have not had that kind of cramping in 30 years!
I like it. So far it is ok.. I do not have those night sweats as bad as before. But I been on the pills a month now. However, I have to give it more time..
I did not receive any help from this product. I did see, on the package, that it can take up to 30 days before you notice any difference. I take the purple and blue tablets already. One of each of them every day.
