Had it for a few hours and already mapped the house and went through it around the perimeter twice; 2300 square feet… we did block out a couple of rooms.
My little family and especially myself absolutely love the robot vacuum!! For the price it doesnt compare to the time saved and how clean our house feels with two crazy dogs and a newborn baby just starting to crawl around. having a clean floor is a must and not having to take that time away from caring for our daughter has been a giant help! I keep telling everyone of my friends and family they need this vacuum lol. The quilty is there no doubt compared to our old shark i.q. Thank you eufy team for making an affordable vac and mop solution.
I've had my new eufy robot for a couple of weeks now. I have to say...I love it! It was well worth the wait. It does a great job. It's easy to make a schedule. It does a great job mapping the house. Mopping and vacuuming are done quickly and efficiently. No buyer's remorse here!
I purchased something different for a home that swept and mopped that I didn’t really care for as I had to switch the water container and clean the mop pad every time. I went looking for something that swept and mopped, recognized carpets, cleaned the mop pads and emptied itself. This robot does it all! It even dries the mop pads after cleaning them. I haven’t had it for very long but so far I love it. Getting the coupon for the pre-sale was a big plus too. I did call prior to ordering and was told it did not need bags but it came with bags. I’m not sure I actually need them or if the robot will empty without them. If you want a robot that does it all, this is a great machine. Even at the full price, it’s worth the money!
We are in the process of putting new vinyl flooring in. "Rosie" is tending what is left of the carpet in the bedroom. I love her. I have high expectations for when the remodel job is done. I am referring like crazy. Hope she continues to do great works.
This is my first Robot Vac. Since I'm a computer guy I had no problem hooking up the wireless ( even though it had a issue.) What is going to take me time to learn is how to use the map and fuctions. There are youtube videos but I feel for the money we pay the instructions should of came with the product and be more detailed online. Another thing that bothers me it did not come with any cleaner and 2 bottles are $25.00 and it's going to take a week or 2 to get Now for the good news. I had a dry stain by my my front door and this unit was able to get it cleaned without cleaner. I'm just using plain water now and my floors look good with just the water. ( I have laminit. ) This thing goes under my bed and got caught on a lot. I did not know where to put a boundry zone under my bed. This is going to be trial and error. on one piece of dirt it was going around it. I remember seeing on a video that if I turn of the obstical avoidence that wouldn't happen well that came out true and it worked well. I looked into the bag and I emptied it. it did pick up bottle caps and a lor of dirt, I can tell this is a quality product and it's a shame the instructions online are terrible. It tells you what it can do but doesn't tell you how. I am keeping this because my floors look and it picked up a lot. I will just have to learn or do what I hate to do is call tech support if I can't figure something out.
I love this. This actually cleans the floor extremely well. We have three dogs and two cats (lots of fur). This is the fifth robocall we have tried. This is the best one yet! It was quick to set up. I did the updates first (you should too). I did a quick map and set up the cleaning schedules. I have it set to empty and clean the pads every 15 minutes. I deep clean one room at a time when we’re sleeping. It’s so quiet it never wakes us. Occasionally, I must clean the roller brush. This is no big deal. Highly recommend for pet people.
Detangling brush gets completely wrapped in hair and does not work. Doesn’t work well on medium carpets either. With two dogs I ran on max with two passes and deep clean. After a few days of that, ran my regular vacuum and it filled with hair and dirt in one small room.
Machine seems to vacuum and mop pretty well although the carpet sensor does not work at all. Customer support is worthless. Brand new vaccum and all they said was to check the obcious things - make sure firmware is updated, sensor isnt blocked and the setting is selected to vacuum and not mop the carpet. Other than that worthless and the feature to detect the carpet does not work. They havent recommended a solution or even a work around or told me they want to replace it thinking it might be a faulty vacuum.
Never received my complimentary accessory package for the product shipping delay. Also was not aware of the very small dust/debris bag, much smaller than any conventional vacuum which will be expensive to constantly replace in the long run I’m sure this company is aware of.
