This product is truly private and secure, the company even eventually patched the problem where they were sending unencrypted user data with face recognition to the cloud and wouldn't delete it! I trust this company now knowing they completely fixed it and would never do it again!! From now on when I think security and user safety and privacy I will think EUfy. Thank you Again! -Ken
Only been using this scale for a week, but so far it seems very good. Quick to use with many useful features.

I am hoping the weight and other stats are correct (or close to) but the calorie input part of the app is awful. You cannot change the way you input a food - for example - even for a liquid the only unit they give you is grams. They need to improve this and also having the app link up to a diet app e.g., WW or FitnessPal would be a huge improvement and bring it more in line with other manufacturers.

Scale is same as many others out there (just branded as Eufy); and app has a decent UI design. However the scale is inaccurate; measurements in the app are reported in unhelpful mix of lbs vs %, and the BMI is recorded based on a basic calculation, not using the actual measurements of the person.
