I love these taller gates for my pups as they can't jump over them.
This gate was a lifesaver. Our permanent Trex gate is back ordered. I needed to keep our 2 small dogs contained and it was perfect, plus moderately priced.
This extra wide and tall gate worked great for the wide opening between kitchen and dining room to corral a 3 month old pup. I didn't use the attachments to make it permanent, cause it was not needed. Built strong and sturdy too and I received my order the next day after ordering from the local store even though I chose Shipping for this purchase!!
I use this as a dog gate and it has been good with keeping our dog out of areas we don't want her in. She doesn't try to jump on it or push it so I can't review it for strength or sturdiness. It does stay solidly in place when pressure mounted to walls but the gate itself is somewhat flimsy and not built strong for anything forceful you want to contain like a large dog that likes to jump or a hefty rambunctuous toddler.
Love it!!! Easy to install, light weight and sturdy.
This gate is decent depending on the application. It was the simplest gate I could find that would still fit my 48 inch doorway. However, when secured in place the locking bar is under quite a bit of force which it isn't handling well. The frame is being twisted (and is splintering slightly) where the bar is attached with a pin. I plan on adding supports to the ends of the bar so it presses against the wall which should relieve the stress in the frame. Despite that, it is working and my 25 lb 10 month old has not succeeded in taking it down (yet) though she has tried. :)
Easy installation but broke the second time used.
This item arrived damaged. Going to return it. Never used so can't comment on the usability.
We just got this gate a week ago. It fell over and the arm broke off of it.
Very first time putting the gate up and this happens!
