i like them a lot, easy to use and remove
to feel the most advantage you can't wear them on your wrist you have to hold them. They work good on your ankles
I needed wrist weights because I have arthritis in my hands. These work really well. They move around a tiny bit, but they are a very snug fit and I'm happy with them.
