[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Everlast punching bag is a nice and heavy bag. It is not too heavy to were is impractical, yet is heavy enough to be functional. Boxing is a great exercise for cardio and strength, and using a punching bag like this can be a great way to get more exercise in.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is 40lb #Everlast Nevatear is the best size for me . I live in an apt. and my garage isn't attached to the apt. It's a nice little walk (but everyone in my complex their garage is attached together) So being able to hang it in my spare room without having to worry about it being too much weight to hang. Also with having it in the house me and my son and husband use it more than we would if it was in the garage. I love it and definitely recommend getting it, if you're thinking about getting one do it it will be worth it!

Was easy to hang in our garage/ workout space for it being 40 pounds it's quite heavy. Love how solid it is and makes working out and aggression release very easy
