Great stand. Seems to be very sturdy. Also purchased a 100lb heavy bag and speed bag. Can't beat the price either.
You can't go wrong with this. the best work out you can ever get buy it you wont be sorry
It is a good product. We did site-to-store and delivery was quick.
1. the box was not in good shape when delievered 2. The box is hugh and very heavy and was therefore quite a problem when it was delievered two houses down. It took my son and the neighbor to get it to our house which upset me because it was a Christmas present for my son. 3. MEASURE YOUR CEILING BEFORE ORDERING. My ceiling was 6'10" and the recommended height for the stand is 7'3". So far we haven't been able to set it up and returning it isn't an option as we have no way to get it to the store.
The stand does pretty much everything it says it does. It's sturdy, it hangs a hundred pound bag with minimal squeaking and groaning, and works decently. But beware, it is a little on the short side (and if it was too much taller, it probably wouldn't fit in most rooms, anyway). That being said, you will have to find ways to effectively shorten the chain of most heavybags. Even hanging the Everlast 100lb bag from the top of its swivel, it's about a foot too low for me, and I'm only around 5'10".
