Its hard to find something to work out your neck. This strap has cushion on the inside and strong nylon strap on outside. Chain is sturdy and from my own testing and hold at least 90 lbs. It does slide a bit due to no chin strap but that's ok., it helps with the development of the rear neck muscles and if you position it right it can help with the outside left and right neck muscles. cheaper and more convenient than trying to find a neck machine in a gym. I've been to two major gyms and neither carry a neck machine .

I bought these with the expectations that instructions would come with them. There weren't any, and after extensive searching online for some, I am guessing that the manufacturer, Everlast, wants to keep it a secret. I'm sure this product works well, but if you don't know how to use one, get some advice from a fitness expert beforehand. I still have mine, and still use it as much as possible by connecting one of my 4.4lb plastic weights to it. Still, not sure if I'm doing it right. Get more info before you buy this.
