Wasn't sure if these were what I wanted but turned out to be excellent Good quality and fit.
Excellent product I would highly recommend
16 onces for training, the extra weight on your hands while training will make you feel light when not using gloves or using lighter ones, the gel absorves and distributes the impacts more uniformely so you can keep pounching continiously on your training, it's better for your hands and for your partners if sparring. Easy to form your fist while using the gloves. Great item at a good price.
The gloves work great, I've been using them with hand wraps and so far so good. I hit the bag three times a week and they've held up well.
Seems to be a nice product. Just started out practicing with it. Still to check out its durability but the padding is pretty good.
