I bought these for light exercises around the house. After about 6 months the heavy duty bands snapped. I was only doing light exercises around the house, such rotator cuff exercises and arm toning, so I was definitely under the weight requirement. I think they just wear overtime from repeated use. You might want to manage expectations when you purchase. I'm looking for a warranty, but I doubt they cover this as they probably already know.
