Great gloves helps for absorbing impact when punching
I am a beginner. Mainly use gloves on 60 lb. bag for exercise. They really protect my hands and wrist. I am also able to practice palm strikes.
I ordered these online and when I got them, I realized they were too small. I got another pair that were big enough, but my knuckles slid around and were blistered very quickly. The gloves work well as they are, but you will want to wrap your hands for sure.
The gloves are very well made and overall a great product. My problem is that I have large hands and when I hit the punching bag the nuckles where my fingers bend gets scraped pretty bad on the canvas punching bag. So, if you have big hands, you may want to consider regular boxing gloves if you are going to hit a punching bag.
