Great for an extra pump in the gym or just to help with blood flow while doing daily things. Average size capsules, no side effects. Good value for the bottle.
After taking a few times. This helps to give me that pump I'm looking for. Big veins and feel good. I like that's its capsule and not a mix.
I take these with a pre-workout to have my blood flowing throughout my workout. Great quality.
L-Citrulline by EVL is a great supplement to add especially for faster recovery and extra boost in workouts. It supports more oxygen to the body which increase mental focus and less fatigue during intra-workouts. Recommended!
