I've been through a lot of this product. I take a pain killer, called hydrocodone. four times a day, every day... It binds up my bowels, so that I need a double stool softener, daily, plus, I like to be clean inside, on sunday, ha ha ? So on Friday evening, I eat a half a bar of ex lax... probably enough to give me real bad cramps, but I give myself a little break 💔 once in awhile.
I'm a chronic pain person who takes opioids which causes constipation. I take a prescription medication for it but it doesn't always work. I count on Exlax for reliable gentle overnight relief. I have tried other medications but ExLax is the only thing I've found that I can count on.

If you are backed up and need something to do the trick that doesn't taste completely terrible this is it.. the only problem I had was not reading the directions first LOL I may or may not have eaten a half a bar.. but desperate times calls for desperate measures... but I don't recommend doing that... anytime I need something to help me go this is definitely my go-to just make sure to not take more than it says..

Needed some assistance after surgery and while it did work, it took awhile to get there and still had to combine with other methods like Miralax. Once it came, it really hit and I was thankful! 5 days of nothing lol finally resorted to some assistance.
This really works. When I take it I go for days and several times. My daughter has to take it daily and it seems to work better for her. I just use it on weekends when I'm off.
I have used this product many times and it does work great. However, I had this delivered. I won't do that again. When it arrived, it was all melted. I don't know if it was that way at the store or it got left in a hot car. In any case, I recommend it if you're going to pick it out and pick it up yourself.
