I get the absolute worst tension headaches with that forehead tightness and pain at the back of my neck. It's really rough. Makes everyday tasks seem so much harder. I have used Excedrin Tension Relief several times now and it has helped clear up my pain all but once! That ended up being more sinus issues. Lol. Working on a computer for several hours a day, or staring down at my phone for work or while at home can often result in a headache and tension in my neck and shoulders. Mostly, if I do not use my reading glasses while i am on the computer for more than an hour it will cause a headache. I had recieved Excedrin Tension Headache and gave it a try. Within 25 minutes the tension in my shoulders felt so much better that I realized I didn't have the pain anymore from the headache as well. I am a little hesitant to use it too late at night since it contains caffeine, and I have been caffeine free for 7 years. However, I did not feel any affects of the caffine when I took it so that was really nice since the caffeine content is rather high. I had not used this product before but was pleasantly surprised as to the outcome. I would use this product again when in dire need, only because of the amount of caffeine it contains. I had a headache that was so strong, other pain relievers did not help, just when I was gonna call it quits a co-worker offered me some Excedrin migraine and TensionHeadache. I was feeling back to my self and it allowed me to finish my shift. Going to purchase today.
With the Excedrin Tension medicine you take 2 pills every 6 hrs but do not take more then 6 pills with in a 24 hour period. I've been using the Excedrin for a little over 2 weeks when my stress n tension headaches arise n I have to say they are amazing. I've been suffering with stress n tension headaches for about 2 years now n have tried a ton of other over the counter medicine but nothing worked as awesome as the Excedrin does. With the Excedrin my headaches barely came BK n if it did it didn't come back for about 6 to 8 hrs unlike the other medicine my headaches came BK with in an hour or so. If you suffer from stress or tension headaches Excedrin Tension medicine is the way to go I totally recommend it. I spend long hours at the computer doing reports for work when I am out on the field. Before I found EXCEDRIN TensionHeadache Headache, I would just have to deal with my TensionHeadache headaches w/an ice cold water bottle or an ice pack on the back of my neck. But that old tired routine is a thing of the past. Two pills is all it takes and I am feeling relief. I always have a bottle in my truck and a bottle at home. The best by far TensionHeadache headache relief ever.

I have used this product for years as it doesn't contain aspirin. There aren't many products that are available without aspirin. Besides, it works within about 30minutes. Please don't take it off the market again.
I normally go to excedrin before any other meds. They work pretty fast and I have no complaints. Love that it's HSA eligibile for those with health insurance debit cards.
