Porch assembled our new Gold Gym WiFi stationary bike efficiently in short order. Courteous tech and on time. Will use them again.
Frank and his wife Maria showed up on time, were polite, respectful, professional, very thorough, and super NICE! They assembled our new exercise bike in no time flat!
Great bike with multiple features ease to use. Fast shipping. Assembly by technician was excellent. Very pleased
Unfortunately Porch.com used another company to assemble this bike. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! They threw all the boxes and garbage into the hallway of my 85 year old mother's apartment building only to leave her with a way to figure out how to get it outside to the dumpster! They did not care. And to make matters worse, you cannot reach anyone by phone! I would NEVER pay extra to have this company assemble anything. Walmart should consider changing vendors!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They never showed up to the initial appointment. Then they called and rescheduled assemble appoint a total of 3 times. They could care less that they constantly called and rescheduled. If I could give a rating lower than 1 star I definitely would have.
They did not! They could not find anyone in my area to put together a bike or take the time to contact me within a week or refund my money themselves. I have to go through a hassle to get my refund.
